A lot of people seem to have problems blocking Chat programs, specificallyAOL Instant Messenger, MSN Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger and ICQ. Here is some information that may help you cut these programs off at the BorderManager server. Thanks to Kevin Sinclair for his input on the IP subnets and Yahoo Messenger on this.
