Osaka Sushi, located in Plano at Park and Preston costs about, $20. They have a decent selection of sashimi, maki rolls, and sushi as well as a hot bar with smoked salmon, teriyaki chicken and tempura. If you've never eaten sushi before, I recommend getting a water to drink. Sodas will destroy the flavor of the fish as well as the wasabi. The best part is, you can order a steak and miso soup as part of the buffet price. Oh, and the dessert bar is the same length as the sushi bar and has cake, green tea ice cream, custard and fruit.

Another place is Blue Fish on Greenville. They have an all you can eat dinner for about $30. Because they make your sushi on demand, everything tastes a lot fresher than a buffet does. They don't serve dessert or any other extras as part of that $30 price, however.
