Above rates are per person & based on double occupancy. Rates are only valid with a minimum 1 month stay. Deposit Policy requires an initial deposit of $450.00 and payment in full 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy requires written notice at least 45 days prior to arrival in order to be eligible for refund of deposit monies, less a $150 processing fee. No refunds for early departures.
