The Dillard Disaster It had been quite an exciting week for Dillard. In addition to precipitating an international incident between Tajikstan and Yemen and building a non-working perpetual motion machine, he had played bingo. But now it was over, and Dillard could think of nothing to do. So he did what all people do when they can't think of anything to do. He bought a bread maker. But not just any bread maker. This bread maker was guaranteed to turn a mixture of grains, yeast and water into a light, fluffy easily consumable food substance.
