Del. Court Rules in Favor of Anonymous Blogger in Defamation Case

Del. Court Rules in Favor of Anonymous Blogger in Defamation Case: "DOVER, Del. (AP)- The Delaware Supreme Court has ruled that an Internet service provider does not have to disclose the identity of an anonymous blogger who targeted a local elected official.
